After each visit
Every memorial care visit is completed with clear follow-through and a caring update for your family. Here is what you can expect after service is performed.

Flowers are placed
Fresh flowers are carefully arranged at the gravesite or memorial site according to your selected service or plan.

Site is respectfully cleaned
If arranged, we gently tidy the area around the memorial site to help create a neat, peaceful presentation.
Families who cannot visit in person can still feel close, informed, and reassured after every completed visit.

Photos are taken
A minimum of 3 photos are captured so you can see the flowers, the setting, and the completed tribute.

Memory report is emailed
You receive a memory report by email, and an optional video message can also be delivered when requested.

How many photos will I receive?
Each completed visit includes a minimum of 3 photos so you can clearly see the tribute and memorial site.
When is the memory report sent?
Your memory report is emailed after the visit is completed, giving you a timely update and visual confirmation.
Can the site be cleaned during the visit?
Yes. Respectful site cleaning can be included when it is part of the arranged service.
Can I request a video message?
Yes. An optional video message can be delivered for families who would like a more personal update.
What if I need ongoing visits?
You can choose one of our membership options for recurring care and regular memorial flower deliveries.
Can I place a one-time order instead?
Absolutely. You may place a one-time flower order through our shop if you do not need an ongoing plan.
